Vă invităm 𝐬𝐚̂𝐦𝐛𝐚̆𝐭𝐚̆, 𝟐𝟗 𝐧𝐨𝐢𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐫𝐢𝐞, 𝐥𝐚 𝐨𝐫𝐚 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎, la un tur ghidat împreuna cu artistul 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐬̦ și curatoarea 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐞𝐚𝐜-𝐕𝐥𝐚̆𝐝𝐮𝐭̦𝐢 în expoziția 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫, la 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐀 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐭̦𝐢𝐮.
Evenimentul propune o analiză directă a cadrului conceptual al expoziției și a modului în care 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐬̦ utilizează instrumente artistice și științifice pentru a examina limitele cunoașterii, fragilitatea speciei umane și continuitățile dintre cultura materială și imaginarul speculativ. Turul, condus împreună cu curatoarea 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐞𝐚𝐜-𝐕𝐥𝐚̆𝐝𝐮𝐭̦𝐢, va aborda structura expoziției, relația acesteia cu paradoxul lui Fermi și cu teoria Great Filter, precum și mecanismele prin care artistul traduce aceste ipoteze în instalații și obiecte hibride.
Întâlnirea oferă cadrul pentru o discuție asupra metodelor de lucru, a modului în care elemente istorice, tehnologice și vizuale sunt recontextualizate, și a felului în care expoziția construiește un spațiu de reflecție asupra vulnerabilităților contemporane.
Participanții sunt invitați să examineze direct procesele, materialele și relațiile care structurează expoziția și să ia parte la un dialog privind relevanța acestor teme în contextul actual.

We are inviting you on 𝐒𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐝𝐚𝐲, 𝟐𝟗 𝐍𝐨𝐯𝐞𝐦𝐛𝐞𝐫, 𝐚𝐭 𝟏𝟐:𝟎𝟎, to a guided tour with the artist 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐬̦ and the curator 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐞𝐚𝐜-𝐕𝐥𝐚̆𝐝𝐮𝐭̦𝐢, in the exhibition 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐰𝐞’𝐝 𝐥𝐚𝐬𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫, at 𝐌𝐄𝐓𝐀 𝐒𝐩𝐚𝐭̦𝐢𝐮.
The event offers a direct examination of the exhibition’s conceptual framework and of the ways in which 𝐂𝐨𝐬𝐦𝐢𝐧 𝐇𝐚𝐢𝐚𝐬̦ operates with artistic and scientific tools to investigate the limits of knowledge, the fragility of the human species, and the continuities between material culture and speculative imaginaries. The tour, conducted together with curator 𝐌𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐥𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐞𝐚𝐜-𝐕𝐥𝐚̆𝐝𝐮𝐭̦𝐢, will address the structure of the exhibition, its connection to the Fermi paradox and the Great Filter theory, as well as the mechanisms through which the artist translates these hypotheses into installations and hybrid objects.
The meeting provides a context for discussing the working methods, the recontextualization of historical, technological, and visual elements, and the ways in which the exhibition constructs a space for reflecting on contemporary vulnerabilities.
Participants are invited to closely examine the processes, materials, and relationships that shape the exhibition, and to engage in a dialogue concerning the relevance of these themes in the current context.
